Please sign the above listed company up to Car Transport Broker. I hereby wish to subscribe to the above listed sales leads email/fax distribution list(s). I understand that I shall be invoiced monthly for my membership of the above selected lists and shall arrange payment by standing order.
				
I understand that listings are priced at £100+VAT per month for the first list, with subsequent lists priced at £75/per month . I understand that I shall give one month's notice if I wish to cancel my subscription. I also understand that my monthly subscription will be refunded prorate if less than £20,000 of work is offered during any month.
